Check-In/Out:

Check-in is 2pm
Check-out is 10am
Please give us a call to see if your unit is ready earlier
There is a late check-out charge of $50 to checkout at 12pm / $60 charge to check-out at 2pm

Reception Hours:

Jaki and her team are available from 8am till 8pm and are known for being the most accommodating hosts. They love helping, and their priority is making sure you feel at home.

Securing your Booking via Email, Phone or Internet:

We require current credit card details to secure a booking, which will be charged at the time of booking.
Or you can request an invoice emailed to you, enabling you to pay directly into our bank account.
Accommodation at Whispering Sands can be booked via several different websites including direct booking via our website. Each of these websites will require payment to secure bookings. Please read carefully the amount you are paying.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
This can be done by direct credit to our account or through the credit card supplied on booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation is available 48hrs prior to your stay. A full refund will be given to bookings cancelled when notified outside the 48hrs prior to the day of the booking.
Holiday bookings and peak season require full payment at the time of booking your stay. Free cancellation can be made within 30 days of stay.

Liquor Licence:

You are welcome to purchase snacks or a beverage – wine, beer, cider, water or soft drinks – and enjoy from your room.

Non-Smoking/Vaping:

All of our units are non-smoking/vaping. There is seating and areas outside for this.
