Your Home Away From Home
We have 14 beachfront apartments – all with panoramic views of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. Each apartment is equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, TV with 8 Sky channels and Freeview. We like to make sure you are always comfortable so we have extra pillows and blankets to choose from and there is heating in each unit. And, all units have sliding doors opening onto the beachside to let in the fresh ocean air. Whether you are working, or on holiday our units have everything you need, including free WiFi.

Our ground floor apartments open right up onto the grass area with a picnic table. Steps away from the beach, simply open your door to welcome the fresh ocean breeze. Featuring a spacious lounge area with dining table, lounge suite, and a queen size bed – (ocean side). Bathroom, full kitchen and 2 single beds in the bedroom. Sleeps up to 4.

Every unit has a full kitchen with oven, microwave, pots and pans right down to a cheese slice. So if you feel like popping your masterchef hat on and cooking for yourself, you'll have everything you need. We also have a BBQ area available.
Bathrooms
All of our bathrooms feature a shower with great water pressure and heat, separate toilet and vanity unit. Plus a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Service/Cleaning
Apartments are serviced daily. Use signs to indicate whether you would like your apartment serviced or not.
Guest Laundry
The guest laundry has a washing machine, dryer and tub. There is a washing line for quick air drying.
Liquor Licence
You are welcome to purchase snacks or a beverage – wine, beer, cider, water or soft drinks – and enjoy from your room.
Parking
We have off-street parking for you.
Non-Smoking/Vaping
All of our units are non-smoking/vaping. There is seating and areas outside for this.
For the Kids
We have plenty of room to play around outside on the grass. The beach is moments away for building sand castles and all the beach activities. We have a cot/highchair available. Kiwa Pool aquatic centre. An adventure playground. A bicycle track equiped with traffic lights and a state of the art Skateboard Park, Surf club with restaurant and Kiosk all within less than 1km from our doorstep.
Check-In/Out
Check-in is 2pm. Check-out is 10am.

Reception
Jaki and her team are available from 8am till 8pm and are known for being the most accommodating hosts. They love helping, and their priority is making sure you feel at home. And, if you would like snuggles with the famous cat Bosco, he will definitely come for a visit.

Cancellation Policy
Securing your booking via email or phone
We require current credit card details to secure a booking, which will be charged 48 hrs prior to your arrival.
Or you can request an invoice emailed to you, enabling you to pay directly into our bank account.
Securing your booking via the internet
Accommodation at Whispering Sands can be booked via several different websites including direct booking via our website. Each of these websites has a different method of payment terms requested to secure bookings. Please read carefully the amount you are paying.
Cancellation
Payment is required 2 days prior to arrival.
This can be done by direct credit to our account or through the credit card supplied on booking.
Free cancellation is available 48hrs prior to your stay.
Holiday bookings and peak season require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay, 2 weeks prior. Free cancellation can be made within 2 weeks of stay.
Check-in/Check-out Times
Check-in time is: 2pm
Check-out time is: 10am
Late Check-out
There is a late check-out charge of $30 to checkout at 12pm, a $60 charge to check-out at 2pm
